Answer: Our mainly products are 7'', 9'' and 10.1'' tablet pc which applied
for office reservation, time attendance, digital signage, access &
security control, home automation, industrial control, energy &

Question: What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
Answer: No quantity limited, sample order is acceptable.
Question: What is the lead time? (How long do you need to prepare
my goods?)
Answer: 5-7days for sample orders, 20-25 days for mass production
orders(based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)
Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?
Answer: We ship by air and sea generally. In the mean time, we cooperate
with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable
our customers to get their goods rapidly.
Question: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
Answer: 3-5 days for international express

Answer: Of course, OEM service is the most important part of our trade

Answer: Our warranty is 1 year after delivery,SIBO pays high attention to
after-sales service. For those out of warranty, we repair you
without labor charge collection.

2.All tablet PC have 24 hours aging test.
3.All products will be carefully tested by our QC department.
